If hunting were banned, all the hounds could be re-homed - MYTH

This isn’t just a myth, it is a big, fat LIE – and, what is more, the antis know it!

In fact, its such a big lie that they usually try to combine it with their other lie that all hunts could convert into Drag Hunts.

If you want proof of this lie, you don’t have to take my word for it – the National Canine Defence League (a charity that has nothing to do with hunting – now called The Dogs Trust) confirmed it independently in their submission to the Burns Inquiry.

So why can’t they be rehomed?

The answer is simply because there are too many of them, and the homes that they would need would be too specialised.

Take fox hounds for example. There are over 20,000 fox hounds in the country (but don’t forget the Beagles, Bassets, Harriers, Mink Hounds and Stag Hounds on top)
