Introduction
The Fitzwilliam (Milton) Hunt (the Hunt/we) is registered with the Masters of Foxhounds Association. The Hunt is owned by the Fitzwilliam Land Company. We maintain a pack of hounds and undertake legal hunting activities during the hunting season and other activities associated with the hunting community.
Personal Information and how we collect it
The Hunt and its associated Fitzwilliam Hunt Supporters Club (FHSC) keep information about its members, subscribers, employees, volunteers, farmers and landowners and other persons where we have a legitimate interest in so doing. We may communicate via electronic media, telephone and post. Communications are for informational purposes, membership updates and for the promotion of hunt events and other associated activities. In respect of children who subscribe to the Hunt, we request the contact details for a parent or guardian and Hunt communications are sent to that adult.
When persons contact us in order to participate in or be informed about Hunt or FHSC activities, they may choose voluntarily to give us certain information. This information requires direct action by the individual at the time in order for us to receive it. There is the option at any time to opt out of future communications should you wish to do so having given this information.
